Does your tableware contain lead?


No, our glazes are 100% lead free.




Is your tableware durable?


Yes, our tableware is quite durable. It has endured repeated daily handling and commercial dishwashers by our restaurant clients. That being said, ceramic ware can be broken so handle with care.




When will my items be shipped?


LEAD TIMES are approximate. This does not include shipping. If we have the items in stock: 1 - 2 weeks. If we need to glaze items: 4 weeks. If we are out of stock and need to make a new batch: 8 - 12 weeks. Only complete orders will be shipped when ready.




What should I do if my item arrives broken?


To receive any replacements, any breakage must be reported to us with photo evidence within 48 hours upon receipt of your order. Please be sure to keep all packaging materials and document them with photos of the interior and exterior of the package so we may be able to file a claim with the mail carrier and replace your goods free of charge. Which shipping carriers do you use?


Orders will be delivered via USPS or FedEx.




Do you ship overseas?


Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas or outside of the US or Canada at this time.




If I prepay for my order online, can I pick it up from your studio and waive the cost of shipping?


Yes you can. Please select this method at checkout or contact us at info@laclay.co for additional information.




What is your return and exchange policy?


We offer exchanges on unused items within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item please contact info@laclay.co with your order number. Each piece is handcrafted so variations in clay, color, glaze, or glazing techniques are to be expected.
