SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you live in or are in the Los Angeles/Pasadena area, local pickup is welcomed. *Please select this option at checkout or contact us directly to coordinate.
If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the order, the packaging, and the damaged product in question. Do not throw packaging away as it may be needed to file a claim with our shipper.
Your satisfaction is important to us and we will do what we can to remedy any issues that may arise.
* Please also note that since our stoneware is made by hand and not through a single machine, each piece filters through numerous variables from the beginning stages of throwing to the final stages of firing, and therefore differentiation is naturally occurring and part of the signature and pride of our brand. Feel free to contact us with any questions prior to your purchase.
We do not accept returns damaged from use.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges on unused items within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Each piece is handcrafted so variations in clay, color, glaze, or glazing techniques are to be expected.
Please note, you are responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. The responsibility for safely getting items back to us falls on you. Contact us to let us know why you are returning the items to us, for our records. We are only able to offer refunds or exchanges for items that are returned to us in new or like-new condition.
